As you may know, here at Fischer Future Heat, all of our pricing is calculated by one of our trained heating engineers during a free home survey. Rather than publishing a price list on our website, we want to make sure you are quoted for exactly what you need to heat your home.
By offering this free, no obligation survey, our heating engineers can take in to account any heat losses, cold spots or things that may impact the level of heating you require. You can’t do that with an online form!
But before you book your free no obligation survey, it doesn’t hurt to understand exactly what to expect.
Step 1 – Understanding your needs
Once our engineer arrives, at the time and date you discussed with our friendly appointment makers, they will first try to gain an understanding of exactly what you need.
Whether it’s a brand new heating system for the whole house, just a heater for a conservatory or a new hot water system, our engineer can advise you once we know your requirements.
The heating engineer will also show you more about the product, including images, samples, optional extras and our exclusive wireless thermostat.
Step 2 – Measurements
Now our heating engineer understands what you need, they will take time to accurately measure each individual room you wish to heat with Fischer dynamic clay core heaters (or the cupboard space if you enquired about the Aquafficient). They will take in to account the length, width and ceiling height of the room and calculate from those figures, the exact kilowatts of heating each room needs to be heated efficiently.
Our heating engineer will also look for, and take in to account, any heat losses, vents, cold spots or cold areas to make sure your room stays toasty and warm if you choose to install the Fischer system.
They will even ask you exactly where you would like to install each heater. You will also be advised on what they believe would be best, based on their vast experience in the heating industry.
Step 3 – Explaining the quotation
Now our heating engineers knows exactly what you need based on their measurements, observations and calculations, they will show you our price list so that you can understand the price of the Fischer dynamic clay core heaters.
Once you have had a look through, they will provide you with the price for the heaters you require, along with dimensions and specification. They will also discuss with you the optional extras we can provide and the cost of doing so.
Step 4 – Your decision
The price has been discussed, the measurements have been taken and the system has been explained to you. Now, it’s up to you. If you choose to proceed with an order, our heating engineer will discuss the options moving forward and put everything in place for your heaters to be manufactured and subsequently installed.
If you need more time to think about the decision, or would rather not proceed, our heating engineer will leave you with his contact details and a written copy of the quote.
It is then up to you how you would like to proceed and you are under no obligation to do anything you don’t want to.
Step 5 – Delivery and installation
If you chose to go ahead with an order, you will be contacted to arrange an installation date and time, which fits in with you.
Our NICEIC registered electricians or Gas Safe plumbers will install your new system and fully explain how everything works, ensuring you are ready to use the Fischer system through the colder months.
Following the installation, our friendly customer service representatives and knowledgeable technical support team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
