How to Change the Clock on Your Fischer Thermostat (WITH VIDEO)

It’s that time again where the clocks change for winter! This year, it’s happening at 2am this Sunday, 27th October. One thing it does mean is that you need to change the time on your Fischer thermostat, and we’re here to help…

Below, you can find instructions, both in the form of a video guide and written instructions, on how to change the time on both of the Fischer thermostats (both our original version and new version).

Original Fischer Thermostat

Step 1 – Turn the dial on your thermostat round to the clock position, on the right hand side below the sun setting.

 

Step 2 – Press and release the OK button, the 3rd button in from the left. The hour will now be flashing.

 

Step 3 – Use the plus/minus button to adjust the hour. Press and release the OK button.

 

Step 4 – The minutes will now be flashing. Use the plug/minus button to adjust the minutes.

 

Step 5 – Press and release the OK button again. The new time is now set and you can use your thermostat as you normally would.

New and Improved Fischer Thermostat

Step 1 – Turn the dial on your thermostat round to the clock position, at the top right, above “PROG.”

 

Step 2 – Press OK, the furthest left button, and the date will be flashing. Set this to the current date.

 

Step 3 – Press OK again and the month will be flashing. Set this to the current month.

 

Step 4 – Press OK again and the year will be flashing. Set this to the current year.

 

Step 5 – Press OK again and the hour will be flashing. Set this to the current hour.

 

Step 6 – Press OK again and the minute will be flashing. Set this to the current minute.

 

Step 7 – Press OK again and the time has now been altered. You can now use your thermostat as your normally would.
